Eligibility
Refunds apply to paid subscription plans (e.g. Pro, Team). If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a full refund within the eligibility period described below.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at support@automail.to with your account email and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds as described in the Timeline section.
Timeline
Refund requests for the first payment of a new subscription are eligible for a full refund if made within 14 days of the initial charge. After that, or for renewal payments, we may offer prorated refunds at our discretion. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
